Introduction of Belt type concrete batching plant
HAOMEI HZS series belt type concrete batching plant includes HZS60 (60m3/h) concrete batching plant, HZS90 (90m3/h) concrete batch plant, HZS120 (120m3/h) concrete batch plant, HZS180 (180m3/h) concrete batch plant, etc. If you use belt conveyor to feed aggregates into the mixer continuously, the mixing efficiency is highly improved.
Belt type concrete batching plant is continuous forced concrete batching station, which is comprised of six major systems. Six major systems include: mixing system, weighing and control system, cement system, aggregate feeding system, aggregate batching system, control system.
1. Mixing system of belt type concrete batching plant: the mixer of concrete batching plant uses JS series horizontal double shaft concrete mixer for high quality of mixing, short mixing time and long service life.
2. Weighing and control system of concrete batching plant: it adopts new-deign electrical weighing system and is equipped with buffered device and auto-add function to make sure the accuracy and timeliness of measurement.
3. Cement system of concrete batching plant: it used for plated cement silo and screw conveyor, which is easy to install and has well seal performance and long service life. The cement is transited from cement silo to mixer through screw conveyor.
4. Aggregate feeding system of belt conveyor concrete batching plant: the aggregate is delivered to mixer by belt conveyor, which ensures continuous aggregate feeding. The system has ladder for worker to take maintenance.
5. Aggregate batching system of belt type concrete batching plant: it uses separate storage bins and weighing hoppers to make sure accurate feeding and production.
6. Control system of belt type concrete batching plant: it uses computer to control production both automatically and manually. So it is easy to operate. From the start to the end of production: batching, mixing, propulsion and discharging is continuous.
