Product Overview

HZS180 Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with JS3000 twin-shaft mixer and PLD4800 aggregate batcher. It produces 3 cubic meters of concrete mix per batch. Generally, it is used to produce dry, semi-dry, plastic and various proportions of concrete. At the same time, the fully automatic control system can add different concrete production of formulas and plans, realizing the needs of producing various grades of concrete.
HZS180 includes two rows of concrete silo and a series of screw conveyor, which will be controlled by a microcomputer control room. The aggregate system uses a large wide herringbone belt. And setting pedestrian security aisle makes checking easier. This whole production line consists of aggregate, cement, water, liquid additive dosing system, mixing system, electrical control systems, video surveillance systems, communications systems and steel components.
